I would recommend all my fellow actors to be a part of the Bigg Boss journey at least once: Rajev Paul

MUMBAI: Rajev Paul says that he has had a good run in showbiz despite ups and downs. “It has been an unbelievable journey. Recently, when I bumped into my co-actors, who I had worked with 17 years ago, I realised how long I’ve been a part of this industry. But even after over two decades, I love being on the sets. I always wanted to be an actor and I feel privileged to be able to do what I love,” the actor says.

He has also been a part of reality shows, including Bigg Boss 6, where he had ex-wife Delnaaz Irani as a co-contestant. Talking about his experience, “That house is a stressful place; I’ve been there and I can say that with experience. Having said that, it also answered a lot of my questions about life. I would recommend all my fellow actors to be a part of the Bigg Boss journey at least once. But I would never like to relive my journey there (smiles!). That one experience was good enough for me. I was ridiculed so much for my friendship with Sana Khan that people actually thought we were dating. That was so stupid. People who knew me personally never thought negatively about me, but those who didn’t, judged me.”

He adds, “I knew things would be difficult for Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla this time. Going in as a couple or as a divorcee can be stressful in that house. I even tweeted for them because my heart went out for them. I hope that they came out stronger together. I always tell people to go alone in that house and not with their partners.”
