It all happened after a user shared a picture of Kavita Kaushik performing a tough-to-crack pose with both her legs spread wide, as she bent down to a squat position and held both her knees with opposite hands. As difficult as it looks, Kaushik pulled it off with so much ease and flexibility. Well, that’s because she dedicates a part of her day to doing yoga regularly. The fan curiously asked, 'Wat asana is this & how is it even possible?' To which, Kavita Kaushik named it the 'Atmanirbhar' aasan. Fans were quick to pour in their compliments.
