After ‘NDTV Good Times’ and ‘NDTV Imagine’, ‘NDTV’ is coming up with a new entertainment channel, ‘Imagine Showbiz’.
The channel is to be launched tentatively on August 11. Until now, the launch has been deferred thrice due to the upheavals in Parliament that came in the way of its licensing.

After ‘NDTV Good Times’ and ‘NDTV Imagine’, ‘NDTV’ is coming up with a new entertainment channel, ‘Imagine Showbiz’.
The channel is to be launched tentatively on August 11. Until now, the launch has been deferred thrice due to the upheavals in Parliament that came in the way of its licensing.
A source from the channel informed, “The format of this to-be-launched channel comprises of anchor based shows, talk shows and music. Most of the hosts and anchors are finalised. Models and theatre actors will be seen anchoring shows on this channel. Neha Kaur and Namit are two of the many anchors who have been signed on.”
The source further added, “Names of shows are not finalised yet but the core concepts are decided and they are being worked upon. One of the shows would have popular Hindi film dialogues translated into English.”
