MUMBAI: Narayani Shastri has bagged a new show and she is excited to be a part of the project.
Known for shows like Karn Sangini, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Piya Ka Ghar, she will be seen in supernatural thriller TV show, Nazar.
This will mark her debut in the supernatural genre. She will play a cameo role in the show.
Narayani said to a publication, "This is the first time that I am doing a supernatural thriller on television. I am very excited to be a part of Nazar.”
She added saying that when she was approached for the role, she got attracted to it immediately as she knew that the show will give her an opportunity to play a role that was very different from what she had played on-screen before.
On her role, she further shared with the publication, "Devika (her character) and her daughter are fellow passengers on a train with Ansh and Pia while the train gets attacked by Vetal Mritakis (zombies). She helps them escape from the zombie attack and saves their lives.”
