Raju Kher to enter Colors' Beintehaa

Seasoned actor Raju Kher will soon spice up the story in Colors’ Beintehaa (Fortune Productions). He will enter as the Unani doctor who would be Aaliya’s (Preetika Rao) hope in curing Osman (Naved Aslam). Also, the interesting aspect will be that the man will turn out to be Rehaan’s (Nandish Sandhu) father. A source states, “Rehaan’s father, known as Grumpy will come to Mumbai to be with his son. This will be when Aaliya will also get to know of the doctor being in town. On meeting Grumpy, Aaliya will be aware of him being Rehaan’s dad. After a lot of convincing done by Aaliya, Grumpy will agree to meet and take up Osman’s case. However, Suraiyya (Suchitra Pillai) as always will be a hurdle to Aaliya’s efforts.” Suraiyya will bring another noted doctor to cure Osman, while Aaliya will come in with Grumpy. This will be when Suraiyya will humiliate Grumpy and send him out of the house. Will Aaliya be able to get Grumpy attend to the ailing Osman? How will the doctor’s entry affect Aaliya’s life? We tried calling Raju Kher, but did not get through to him. Raju Kher who is mostly a big screen name has a good body of work in television with shows like Thoda Hai Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai, Rishtey, Humari Betiyon Ki Vivaah, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Parvarrish and CID.
