Asha has been going through her fair share of trouble in Mata Ki Chowki and is in for a lot more with the entry of Shakti, who attempts to rape her. Fortunately, Mata will save her. Anshul Singh who has earlier done cameos in Dill Mill Gayye and Papad Pol, plays Shakti. A source says, “Ranjini has called her brother Shakti to get married to Asha in Mata Ki Chowki but from day one, he has been troubling her. As seen in the earlier episodes, he faked falling on the floor while Asha was sweeping it. And, though he behaved as though nothing happened to him he will start crying in his room which will make Ranjini force Asha to go to his room and put some balm for him. “Asha will enter his room and Shakti will lock the door and attempt to rape her. Mata will notice this and throw him out of the room. This will scare him and he will want to go back to his hometown but Ranjini and Manorama will stop him. Meanwhile, Vivek will enter the house and will explain to Shakti that he has made a big mistake and the only way to win over Asha’s trust would be by asking her for forgiveness. He will then light a diya on his palm and pray in front of Mata’s mandir, which will make Asha forgive him for whatever he did to her.” Anshul says, “Yes, I play this person who can go to any limits.”
