Meanwhile in the show we see that, Lakshmi is left dumb and silently sobs imagining her life without Rishi. Rishi tries to fight and argue with her but she quietly walks off leaving him surprised. Soon, Rishi realizes Lakshmi's pain and wonders if she is here for alimony and why she is saddened by the divorce. Meanwhile, Virendra also wonders why would Lakshmi get pregnant with another's child if she needs alimony from Rishi.
