MUMBAI: Since a while now the audience has been in love with Munjya and the trailer received a lot of love wherein Sharvari came as a surprise package for everyone. The audience has been really excited especially after the makers released the first song ‘Taras’ which is Sharvari’s first item song and we must, it’s worth all the hype.

The movie is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and the movie is an upcoming horror-comedy starring Sharvari, Abhay Verma, Mona Singh and Sathyaraj. The story of the movie is based on an Indian folklore and there is a belief that Munjya exists even in real life and can be found in rural parts of the country. However, many consider it a myth. The movie is all set to hit the big screens on 7th June.

For the unversed, ‘Munjya’ comes from the makers of Bhediya and Stree which had a great impact over the audience. While Bhediya and Stree are part of Maddock horror universe, Munjya might be a part of it too.

So lately, there have been netizens pointing out that Munjya might surely be a part of the Maddock Horror universe. Reason being, netizens have observed about a ‘Munni’ in the trailer and since then there has been a speculation if Stree aka Shraddha Kapoor is Munjya’s Munni.
