MUMBAI: Hindi film industry actress Shruti Hassan is in the limelight due to her personal life, as she was recently dating Santanu Hazarika who is a doodle artist and an illustrator but unfortunately they broke up. In her recent interaction with fans on social media, the actress confirmed her breakup with her boyfriend and opened up about her relationship status. Shruti revealed that she is currently single.

Shruti was questioned about her personal life by a user, answering to it, she said, “I don’t enjoy answering such questions but I am entirely single, willing to mingle. Only working and enjoying my life. Enough?”

The actress Shruti and Santanu’s friendship turned into love. His creativity and passion towards his career caught Shruti’s attention when she was working on her book, which features her poetries where Santanu contributed as an illustrator. The duo dated for many years and they often used to share their pictures and videos on social media handles.

Although, a few weeks back, it was reported that they have been living separately where the actress seems happy and focused on her profession despite the split.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Shruti will next be seen in Dacoit: A Love Story, opposite Adivi Sesh. She will also be seen in Chennai Story, an English film set in Tamil Nadu.

The actress is all set for her upcoming movie Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam, with Prabhas in the pipeline.
