In November 2010, he joined India's leading modelling agency Elite Model Management India Pvt. Ltd to start his modelling career. Having the charm, look and height, he was successfully introduced to the world of fashion by the agency. In mid 2012, Arjit shifted from Delhi to Mumbai. This is when the model turned actor made his debut on television.
