Gul Khan has been the name behind iconic shows like Is Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doo, Ishqbaaz, Nazar, Yeh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, and Ishq Par Zor Nahi. Four Lions Production is helmed by her.

Gul Khan is all set to roll out a new show for Disney + Hotstar. As reported by us, she is religiously working on her digital project, which is a cop-based show. It has been revealed to us through our sources that both the leads might don the hat of cops in the project.

We had exclusively updated readers that Navneet Malik has been approached for the show to essay a pivotal role. Further details about his character are yet to be disclosed 

TellyChakkar had also exclusively written about Geeta Tyagi and Pankaj Singh being roped in for the series in pivotal roles. As per reports, Khushi Dubey and Sai Ketan Rao had been finalised for the lead roles.

We exclusively revealed that the makers have found their new lead actor, it is Vidrohi's Zayn Ibad Khan; he will be paired opposite Khushi Dubey. We had even revealed that Geeta Tyagi has been roped in for the series. Now, the breaking news is that Manohar Teli and Harshita Shukla have joined the cast in pivotal roles. Further details about their characters are yet to be disclosed. As per the close source, they shall play the parents to either of the leads.

Well, the team just dropped the first poster of the cop series titled Aashiqana. As we know this shall be a daily soap aired exclusively on Hotstar, streaming from 6 June.
