According to sources, Applause Entertainment is coming up with a new project titled Innocent.

And Sai Tamhankar will be playing the lead in it.

The source also reports that actor Hemant Kher has also been roped in for the project.

While it is not clear yet whether it is an OTT movie or series but according to the sources on set, Sai will be seen playing the role of a police officer in this one.

Sai Tamhankar is a popular Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and Malayalam actress, known for her projects like Mimi, Hunteerr, India Lockdown and more.

Hemant Kher has been seen in projects like Rudra,  Scam 1992, The whistleblower, Unpaused, Love Hostel, Shadow Assassins and more.
