MUMBAI: Chaman Bahaar, from the fearless filmmakers Yoodlee Films, is stationed to make a debut on Netflix.
The plot of the film centres on a driven local tobacco shop owner’s ambitions and love life.
Official Synopsis of Chaman Bahaar reads:
“An ambitious young man, in a small town in Central India, sets up a paan shop to a floundering start. His fortunes start to change dramatically when a family shifts in the house across the road. Hordes of boys start following the teenage girl from the family and set up an “adda” at Billu’s shop. His business flourishes tremendously but Billu is now more unhappy than ever, as he has fallen for the girl himself!”

The vibe of the film resonates closely with the efforts of Yoodlee Films to “bring filmed entertainment that holds up a mirror to real life, distorting it sometimes, magnifying it other times”.
Chaman Bahaar is set to be Apurva Dhar Badgaiyann’s first feature film, featuring Bhuvan Arora, Jeetendra Kumar, Ritika Badiani and Dhirendra Tiwari in prominent roles.
Hamid, Noblemen, KD and Brij Mohan Amar Rahe are few of the many Yoodlee Films’ powerful stories currently streaming on Netflix.
