MUMBAI :Elvish Yadav has been embroiled in a number of controversies since he won the show. Earlier there was news that Elvish was held responsible for supplying venom of Cobra and Krait snakes in samples at a rave party attended by him. The samples have been handed to the Jaipur FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) for further investigation.
Elvish has been arrested by the Noida police. After admitting to arranging for snakes and venom at rave parties, Evish was sent under judicial custody under the Wildlife Protection Act 1972. Reports about the Youtuber’s first night in jail recently resurfaced. As per reports, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner spent a sleepless night behind bars and was given no special treatment.

Amidst his arrest, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner’s parents have made shocking claims. His dad Ramavtar said, “He used to rent older cars to showcase his stunts in his YouTube videos and portrayed them as his own new cars.”
A source revealed, “During interrogation, Yadav did not admit to the crime... but we possess substantial evidence. For him, it was about projecting an image of 'swag' or 'bhaukaal'. He aimed to depict himself to his fans as someone who is fearless of law enforcement and can act as he pleases.”
His parents revealed that he rented luxury cars for his videos and does not own any apartments and properties in Dubai. His primary source of income is through his Youtube channel and online sale of jackets.
