Exclusive! Aniruddh Roy roped in for Abhinay Deo’s web series 'Brown'

MUMBAI: These days the OTT platform is spreading like a fire and is taking over the entertainment business as the revenue earned from OTT is huge.

Delhi Belly director Abhinay Deo is coming up with a new web series titled, Brown. The series is backed by Zee Studios, Brown is based on the book City of Death by Abheek Barua.

Billed as a neo-noir crime drama, set in the bustling city of Kolkata, 'Brown' also stars Surya Sharma.

Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor will be seen as the lead in the series and she is back on the digital platform post 'Mentalhood'.

As per sources, Aniruddh Roy has been roped in for the series where he would be playing a pivotal role.

Not much is known about his character. Aniruddh is known for his roles in web shows like 777 Charlie, Crimes and Confessions, and Night Alone.

Brown is one of the most anticipated web series and the fans are excited to see Karisma Kapoor back after a long gap.
