Actor Srikanth Verma who is known for Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Breathe into the Shadows, exclusively spoke to tellychakkar with regards to his acting journey, and his love and passion towards acting

MUMBAI: Actor Srikanth Varma has been impressing the fans over the time with his amazing acting contribution. We have seen some amazing work coming from the side of the actor and winning the hearts of the fans. Dum Laga Ke haisha, Mirzapur, Breathe into the Shadows, Kya Meri Sonam Gupta Bewafa Hai are some of the projects coming from the side of the actor.

Team Telly Chakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actor Srikanth Verma with regards to his acting journey where he also spoke about his life before coming into the acting world.

Shrikant Verma on his love and passion towards acting

Shrikant Verma revealed that ever since he was in the school he just loved to be the part of Dramas and plays. He just loved acting and always wanted to become an actor. Even though his parents were not in favour of acting, the actor did theatre for a long period of time without their notice. Indeed this shows the love and passion of the actor towards acting. This was the year 1989 and for a long period of time he has been doing theatres. In the year 2013 the actor got his first ever movie break with the movie Ankhon Dekhi which had Rajat Kapoor in the leading role. After this there was no looking back in the life of t\he actor. He also reveals that Dum Laga Ke Haisha which had Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar was the movie which gave him a career boost. 

Shrikant Verma on dealing with downfall and rejections

Shrikant Verma says that rejections and downfall are just words. You should never allow such a thing to rule your life. He has always been focused and kept lowest expectations which will surely result into less downfalls. Srikanth shares that everything happens for a reason for your betterment only. If something has gone today something better will come tomorrow.

Shrikant Verma on doing types of characters and role on different platforms

We have seen some amazing range of acting  coming from the side of the actor, and no doubt with his history of work we can say that he had always tried to deliver something different. The actor reveals that he is very hungry for good roles, and this hunger is never ending for an actor. He is not looking for any specific role or character but he would love to try different flavours of characters to impress his fans.
