Exclusive! I cannot stand any type of racism and have always spoken about it: Ankita Sharma on being a whistleblower in real life

MUMBAI: Ankita Sharma is currently getting an amazing response from fans for her recently released Sony LIV web series Whistleblower. The show, which also has Ravi Kishan and Rithvik in the leading roles, speaks about examination scams and paper leaks. 

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with Ankita with regard to her best memory while shooting and on being a real-life whistleblower. 

Ankita Sharma on being a real-life whistleblower 

A whistleblower is someone who is inside the system and cannot accept wrong things happening. They stand strong to change it. On asking the actress about being a real-life whistleblower, she revealed she really cannot tolerate racism in any form. Be it her personal or professional life, she has always raised her voice against racism. 

Ankita Sharma on social media trolling 

Ankita reveals that she does not have many followers on social media but her followers are true and genuine fans of her. The actress initially used to get affected by the negative comments, but over time, she started to train herself to look at the positive comments more and ignore all the negative comments. She also comments on fans who look up to her as an influencer. This is a very big responsibility on her as an actor and she really looks forward to doing good work for all her fans.

Ankita Sharma on the best memory while shooting 

Ankita Sharma reveals that the shooting process of Whistleblower went on for months; it was great shooting and collaborating with such an amazing bunch of talented people. There are many small memories from the sets of the show. The actress revealed she is a foodie. She got the opportunity to eat different types of food at different places. She explored a lot during the shooting process.
