Exclusive! I just love rejections because they make me a better actor: Anurag Mishra on his acting journey

Actor Anurag Mishra who is known for CID and Crime Patrol exclusively spoke to Telly Chakkar with regard to his acting journey and about the types of characters he looks forward to playing.

MUMBAI: Anurag Mishra who is known for his contribution especially in the television industry with his different shades in crime serials like CID, Crime Patrol, Savdhan India, and Crime alert. The actor no doubt always tries to deliver something different.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with Anurag Mishra with regard to his acting journey and more.

Coming from a small town from Uttar Pradesh, Anurag Mishra always knew that he wants to do something creative in his life. When he was a child, his parents wanted him to become an IAS officer, but he wanted to do something creative. To fulfill his dream, the actor came to Mumbai and started polishing his acting skills in theatre. He got his very first acting break from CID, and since then, there was no looking back for him. He went on to do some amazing shows on different platforms. The actor also says that it was because of the love and support of his parents that he managed to make it big in acting industry.

Anurag Mishra on his acting inspiration

Anurag Mishra says that from the beginning, he did not want to be a commercial actor. He wants to be a quality actor. He has always looked up to Manoj Bajpai and he has been his inspiration all his life. He looks forward to doing some amazing work just like Manoj Bajpai.

Anurag Mishra on types of characters he looks forward to doing

Anurag Mishra says that with the rise in consumption of content, he wants to play some different characters on the digital platform. He is looking forward to playing some strong and responsible characters and do projects which are message oriented.

Anurag Mishra on dealing with downfalls and rejections

The actor says that he has seen many rejections in his life. He just loves rejection because whenever he got rejected he got a chance to work upon himself and become a better person and a better actor. Rejection has given him inspiration to work on himself and groom himself in every possible way.
