MUMBAI :Koffee With Karan season 7 premiered on Disney+ Hotstar last year. At the finale of the episode of the season, Karan Johar had said that the season 8 will happen soon and everyone has been waiting for that. Everyone has been waiting for the next season of the chat show.
Today, at the trailer launch of The Trial, Gaurav Banerjee from Disney+ Hotstar confirmed that Karan Johar will soon start shooting for Koffee With Karan 8. He said, "Karan is going to comeback with Koffee With Karan new season which he will start shooting soon."
He further revealed that the filmmaker is making another show also for the platform. He said, "He is also making another interesting show for us called Showtime which is about nepotism in Bollywood (laughs)."
Well, we are sure all the the Koffee With Karan fans would surely be excited to know that favourite show is coming back soon. Also, we wonder whether actually Karan Johar is making a show on nepotism or Gaurav was just joking.
