Maleeka made her acting debut in the Bollywood movie Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat as a supporting character. In the movie, she portrayed Mala's friend. Later, she had significant roles in a number of well-known Bollywood films, like Prem Aggan, Heera Lal Panna Lal, Agniputra, etc.
After a long hiatus, Maleeka returned in 2013 as Aanchal Pandey in the political drama Desh Ki Beti Nandini, which aired on Sony TV. She portrayed Gandhari in the 2014 EPIC channel mythological drama series Dharmakshetra.

In 2014, she had an appearance in the Colors TV series Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi as Madhvi Parekh, Harshad's sister.
She played Saraswati in the Star Plus programme Saraswatichandra in 2014. She played Mrs. Kavita Sinha in the 2016 dance-fantasy D4- Get Up and Dance. The next year, she appeared in the supernatural fantasy series Chandrakanta - Ek Mayavi Prem Gaatha on Colors TV as Bhadramaa, a witch and Queen Iravati's former chief advisor.
Now, we bring you an exclusive update about Maleeka’s next role. Sources say that Maleeka has been roped in Kala Media Network’s next, titled The Bollywood Score.
The medium of the project is still unknown but it will be directed by Sandesh Nandkishor Gour and produced by Ajay Chaubey.
The project has made Maleeka’s fans really excited and fans can’t wait to see what the project brings.
