What characters are you looking forward to playing on OTT?

According to me, playing a good character is very boring although they get too much footage and mileage on the screen. For me, I generally preferred to play a character that has more than one shade. I don’t identify myself with the characters who are doing good on the screen. I feel it is more exciting to play a villainous character or a negative character which always gives you a chance to do something off the routine. For me, It gives chance to explore a lot about a person or his emotions than just being a nice guy. That’s why I find it more satisfying. It allows me to unleash my wild and fantasy side.

Do you criticize your own works?

I do believe that I can criticize my own work and I can repair it objectively. I get a lot of appreciation for the work which I did in the past. But when I see them myself I don’t like them that much. Also taking suggestions very strongly depends on where it is coming from. If I believe in that person then I do take their suggestions but if not then I ignore them.

If given a chance, is there any character which you will like to portray again on screen?
Yes, I will redo in the sense I will do differently like depending on the development of the character. It will be interesting to check out how the character has grown and how differently the director has written the character after 20 years. Even if it is not changed, still I will do it differently. Especially the characters like I played in Swabhiman and Hasratein, where I think I can do it differently now from what I have done in that time.

Well, how do you like Harsh Chhaya's negative roles in the films? Do let us know in the comment section.
