MUMBAI: Actress Priya Banerjee is indeed one of the hottest and fittest actresses we have in the acting industry. The diva has given projects like, Baarish, Twisted Season 3, Bakeaboo, and was immensely loved by the fans, with every different project the actress defined her looks and versatility.
Over time we have seen some amazing fitness videos and work out posts shared by the actress and given us some major fitness goals. Having said that we won't be wrong in saying that she is one of the major fitness motivators.
Team Telly Chakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actress Priya Banerjee with regards to her fitness journey, the actress shared, “Well my fitness journey truly began a couple of years ago. I used to never work out or never been a gym person. But I discovered running a couple of years back and I fell in love with the way it made me feel. I just love the adrenaline I get during a run, I put my headphones on and cut myself completely off from the world for that hour I run, it’s like meditation for me and also a great way of work out.”

On asking about the fitness mantra the actress revealed, “Eat well, try to squeeze in at least 30mins of workout daily, any type of workout that makes u feel good like for me it’s running, stay happy, which I think is the most important thing, as I believe a healthy mind is the most important thing”
