Urofi Javed has a new song out called ‘Haye Haye Yeh Majboori’ a remake of the classic song starring Zeenat Aman.
TellyChakkar got in touch with the trendsetter to talk about the song and how she handles the trolls and her journey.
You are someone who is very vocal and has overcome difficulties in the public eye, when we talk about this song was there something that you found difficult, and did you have any fond moments?
I really have a difficult time dancing, I can’t really dance so doing the hook step was a challenge in itself, but I am doing it and teaching others the hook step as well, and shooting the song was a fun experience, everything was really good.
You have had quite the journey, has there been anything that you would want to relieve, or do you wonder about how things would have panned out if things were a little different?
I don’t really want to relive anything because I like living in the present and I am perfectly happy where I am because I do believe that everything happens for a reason and I believe that to be true.
Being vocal has its own pros and cons. Has it ever happened to you that you have regretted saying anything?
You see, I say what I say, and often times it is not needed. I even voice my opinion on things that people think are not needed sometimes and but if we don’t speak how can we expect a change in society if we are not willing to talk about things.
