MUMBAI: Producer Shiv Sagar is all set to bring in mythological series Jai Maa Vaishnodevi under the banner of Sagar Arts. It was earlier reported that Dipika Chilkhalia and Ishita Ganguly will be seen in the lead roles in the show. Apart from them, even Rana Yashodhan, Vivek Anand Mishra, and Mahi Soni have been cast.
Now, TellyChakkar has received an exclusive update that Vaibhavi Kapoor will be playing the role of Goddess Laxmi in the series. Alpesh Dixit has also been roped in. The details about his character are yet to be disclosed.
It will be quite intriguing to witness mythological shows in the form of webseries.
Vaibhavi has been a part of mythological and fantasy shows on TV previously. On the other hand, Alpesh has been a part of web film Project Marathwada.
The series will be shot, and then, the final product will be pitched to the top streaming giants of the web world.
