MUMBAI : While many Bollywood films featuring superstars are turning out flops at the box office, Kartik Aaryan gave a super hit with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 this year. The actor’s second release of the year, Freddy has been released on Disney+ Hotstar, and it has impressed netizens a lot.
 
Twitter users cannot stop praising the film and Kartik, and some of them also feel that it’s a missed opportunity as Freddy could have done well at the box office. Freddy is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and also stars Alaya F in the lead role. Even Alaya’s performance is appreciated a lot. Ghosh is known for helming light-hearted films like Khoobsurat, Veere Di Wedding, and others, but with Freddy, he has surely entered a different zone, and after reading what netizens are talking about the film, we can say that the filmmaker has succeeded in delivering a good film.

Well, Kartik is in full form, and now after delivering a hit like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and also an OTT hit with Freddy, the audience will surely have high expectations from him. The actor has his kitty full of films like Shehzada, Satyaprem Ki Katha, Aashiqui 3, Kabir Khan’s next, and Captain India. Shehzada is slated to release in Feb next year, and Satyaprem Ki Katha will hit the big screens in June 2023.
