MUMBAI: ZEE5 recently dropped the trailer of its much-awaited movie Ghooomketu, starring Nawauddin Siddiqui in lead role.
The movie is all set to have its digital premier on 22nd May 2020.
Directed by Pushpendra Nath Misra and produced by Phantom Films and Sony Pictures Networks, Ghoomketu also features Aunurag Kashyap, Ila Arun, Ragini Khanna, and Swanand Kirkire. The trailer promises a joyful ride of a struggling writer in the city of dreams, Mumbai.
Team TellyChakkar got a chance to speak with Ila Arun, who will be seen playing the role of Nawazuddin’s character Ghoomketu's aunt. The actress said that her character name is Santo Bua, and she loves Ghoomketu more than anyone. She is the only one in the family who understands him and his passion of becoming writer. Even though she is his aunt, she loves him like her own child.

She also says that Santo Bua is the one who motivates Ghoomketu to pursue his dream and work hard. Moreover, she comes to his rescue whenever her angry Dadaji is against him.
Apart from speaking about her character and her role, the actress also spoke about her forthcoming projects on the digital platform and the big screen. She said that after Ghoomketu, she will again be seen with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a Netflix movie titled Raat Akeli Hai. Then, she will feature in Chhlaang with Rajkumar Rao and Ek Thi Sherni with Vidya Balan. The shot of Ek Thi Sherni is pending due to the pandemic but will resume as soon as the lockdown is lifted.
The talented actress certainly has a great line-up. She is also a known singer and has lended her voice to a song in Ghoomketu too.
