He said, “Jai Jagannath is my life’s first mythological show. No doubt, I was nervous and excited as well. There were a lot of preparations which were required right from the set-up, outfits, to the scripts which had very long lines and the body language, especially for me as an artist, it was challenging but everything went smooth and I feel that it was because of a divine intervention. Somehow, I felt connected with the universe.”
He further added, “I have always said that till date whatever characters that I have played so far, there is some amount of control that I have had, be it the style of enacting it, giving certain looks and expressions but over here, that was not the case. I had no control. That is when I realised that it is an energy which is more powerful who controls everything.” (Also Read: Sharad Malhotra Stars in A New Show "Jai Jagannath," Premiering on Janmashtami on Hari Om OTT)
