MUMBAI: Arunoday Singh was seen in different shades in movies and web series. His movies like Main Tera Hero, Jism 2, Blackmail, and a few more were loved by the fans. And the actor was seen defining his versatility on the digital platform with web series like Apaharan – Sabka Katega and Chargesheet. Now Arunoday is all set to impress the fans with his upcoming digital project, a movie titled “Lahore Confidential”. 

Directed by Kunal Kohli and produced by Jar Pictures, Lahore Confidential stars Richa Chadha, Karishma Tanna, and Arunoday Singh in pivotal roles. 

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the leading man of the movie, Arunoday Singh, where he spoke about the movie and his never seen before avatar. During the conversation with us, the actor expressed his excitement about this project. He said that he was always looking forward to doing something different and challenging and this was indeed different for him. 

Talking about the character, the actor revealed that he will be seen playing a Pakistani writer, Rauf Ahmad Kazi, who loves to play with words and is very well connected. Rauf meets Ananya (from the High Commission of India), played by Richa Chaddha, and this meeting leads to lots of twists and turns, which will keep the audiences hooked and booked to their seats.

On working with 2 talented actresses Richa Chaddha and Karishma Tanna the actor revealed, “it was really amazing, and they are very quick and fast with their work and someone who is easy to work with, very sweet and comfortable, and it was great shooting with them” the actor said.

The actor also added that it was the very well-written script that made him say yes to the project. He also said he had to prepare for his character by working on his Urdu and that it was an interesting process. He said the fans will love the movie.
