MUMBAI: If there’s an ALTBalaji actor who’s really enjoying time spent in lockdown, it’s Sahil Shroff. With the actor delivering a commendable performance as Rishi Mehta in the ALTBalaji and ZEE5 show, it’s relaxation at its very best for Sahil.
Far away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai, Sahil now spends his time doing meditation, yoga and working out amidst the serene atmosphere. Having got the time to unwind, the actor is making the most of it by keeping his emotional and mental balance perfectly in sync. He certainly isn’t alone as he has his pets by his side that he fully pampers. Spending ample time in his beautiful farmhouse, Sahil takes care of everything including keeping the house clean and maintaining utmost hygiene. Being a complete fitness freak, the actor has stuck to his fitness routine much to the delight of his fans across the country.

Speaking on his lockdown schedule, the actor said, “Since the lockdown, I have been lucky enough to take this time as a sabbatical to spend time with myself, in nature and my pets. My daily routine starts with yoga and meditation. I find it imperative to focus my physical and more importantly my mental/internal health in times like this. A great way of keeping the mind busy is to schedule household chores and activities which will make the day pass with ease. Last but not least having access to the beautiful mountains in Lonavala without a mask is a blessing in these times as being in nature can never get old."
With the rain playing a pivotal role in this romance-drama, Baarish showcases the hardships of maintaining relationships and how the imperfect love story of Anuj and Gauravi is defined by their responsibilities towards their respective families.
