MUMBAI: The super talented and Puncchbeat fame star Nikhil Bhambri is currently shooting for the second season of the Alt Balaji's hit series Puncchbeat in Mumbai. 

The actors were shooting in Dehradun for a while and Nikhil had a blast while on and off sets. Nikhil shared how difficult it was shooting in COVD.

Nikhil said, "We had to keep distance on the sets, the whole crewwould have to keep their masks on. We had created a bubble and were not allowed to leave also the number of people on the sets were less." 

The Dehradun schedule was tough but now Mumbai schedule is tougher says the actor despite that the actor havin a lot of fun on sets and in the serenity of the mountains. 

Nikhil added, "I am aware of the covid pandemic and I take extreme measures on the sets in Mumbai after the outdoor shoot in Dehradun, I medidate on the sets between shots and get others also to indulge in the process."

COVID pandemic has hit the country hard and its extremely important for people to take care of their health and well being. In the times of difficulty, Nikhil shares, its important for one to keep his mental health in sync with his physical well being and proper breathing along with right amount of meditation helps in keeping health in check. 

Along with meditation which he began during his outdoor shoot Nikhil also regularly worksout which keeps his focus in check and helps him function better. 

He said, "Meditation is a medicine that connects your mind to your heart which helps you become the best version of yourself."
