MUMBAI: ALTTT has many interesting series on its app and one of them happens to be Nagvadhu. The series will be a fictional drama mystery theme, revolving around the newly-wed brides. The series is produced by Ghummad Films and Nadiadwala Flix Pvt. Ltd.
Subuhi Joshi is an integral part of the series. TellyChakkar indulged in an exclusive conversation with the actress and she narrated her experience shooting for the OTT series. (Also Read: MTV Splitsvilla X5: Shubhi Joshi to enter the reality show - EXCLUSIVE)
Subuhi shared, “For me it was very different as I have mostly done reality and I have done Bigg Buzz for Voot so this is a completely different genre and out of my comfort zone. Initially I was uncomfortable as I had to do things which were completely new for me and was a little bold also.
Earlier, I was completely not okay with doing bold scenes but now, I feel that if the script demands it then why not. Now since I have done it once, I think I will be a little more comfortable in future.”
Speaking about her role, Subuhi said, “My character is Abha who is strong and independent. Honestly what I love about this character is the way she goes about and busts the entire cartel.”
TellyChakkar also asked Subuhi about her career on television and whether she would explore the OTT space.
The actress expressed, “I love television and I will never leave it. But yes, I want to explore more of the OTT space. On television, if you are playing one character it is for a long period of time and OTT gives you a chance to play a range of characters.” (Also Read: Shocking!
