Nirbhay Wadhwa bags MX Player’s Hey Prabhu season 2

MUMBAI: MX Player’s Hey Prabhu which received great response from the masses will return with season 2.

The series revolved around the millennial's and what they go through in their everyday lives. "Hey Prabhu" is the story of a common man Tarun Prabhu (Rajat Barmecha) and his unbelievable journey.

Hey Prabhu’s lead Rajat Bharmecha took the world by a storm when he did movies like Udaan. The series also featured actors namely Parul Gulati, Sheeba Chaddha, Achint Kaur, Rituraj Singh playing pivotal roles. It was directed by “Veere Di Wedding” fame Shashanka Ghosh and was produced by Sumeet Mishra.

We already reported about the series returning with a new season and with the same star cast. Apparently, the new season will be produced by Endemol Shine.

According to our sources, actor Nirbhay Wadhwa, who is known to depict the role of Lord Hanuman on TV, has been roped in for the new season.
