Aamayra Shaikh on the difference between shooting for a short film and music video
In music videos also, you have to act, but in that, you get the music too. I have faced the camera before also, so there was no difficulty in facing the camera. In a music video, I had to act with a song, and in the short film, I just have to show emotions through my acting. It was an enjoyable experience for me.
Aamayra Shaikh on taking formal training in acting
Acting comes naturally to me, I have not taken any formal training in acting. I keep rehearsing at home, I read a lot about the character. I keep doing the same character, again and again, to see how differently I can do the role. So, I have not learned acting from anywhere till now. It comes to me from inside.
Aamayra Shaikh on her acting inspiration
I really love the work of the late Irrfan Khan Sir. I like his acting very much. He used to act naturally and the way he used to portray his acting on the screen is very different from the others. I like how he used to deliver the dialogues in his films.
