Lock Upp Season 1: Exclusive! Zeeshan Khan talks about Payal calling him a terrorist, reveals if he would come back on the show

MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor's reality show titled “Lock Upp” where 17 contestants will be locked in jail, play the game, and fight for getting bail to survive, was launched on MX Player and Alt Balaji.

The audience has given it a thumbs-up. Kangana Ranaut has made her OTT debut with the show as the host. The entire concept is a setup in jail.

The contestants are going all out to survive in the show and become finalists.

Last week, Zeeshan Khan was eliminated from the show owing to his fight with Azama. Thus, fans were disappointed.

Post his eviction, TellyChakkar got in touch with the actor and asked him about Payal calling him a terrorist and if he feels his anger worked against him.

Payal had called you a terrorist but it backfired on her. The audience gave you so much of love and support. What do you have to say to that?

I have an audience that loves me so much, and even in my moment of weakness, they come in support of me. They tell me that we know that you did wrong and it was in the heat of the moment, but you are not alone and we all are with you.

Do you feel that your anger worked against you?

Anger is a state of emotion. When Payal used to get angry we used to tell her that she does meditation but still gets angry.  Even in Islam, anger is not a good things as in anger, a person does the wrong things. You take the wrong step and positivity takes a back seat.

If given a chance  would you go back inside as a wild card?

I have played the game very well and played it on my own merits. Obviously I deserve to hold the trophy. It would be a good time for them to call me on the show as the hashtags #bringback zeehan #justiceforz are trending in Pakistan, India, and UAE . So I really feel it will be good for the show if they bring me back as I have a lot to offer.

Well, no doubt that Zeeshan Khan was a very strong player of the game and the audience misses him on the show.
