MUMBAI: Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi are an ideal on-screen pair for a lot of people in the audience and as soon as the audience got to watch the trailer of the show Raisinghani vs Raisinghani, they all felt a wave of nostalgia (Dill Mill Gayye memories incoming…).

So recently, the new series, Raisinghani vs Raisinghani released on SonyLIV and till now 5 episodes have been released. The show has so far received a lot of love due to the chemistry between Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi and also due to the chemistry between Eklavya Sood and Reem Shaikh. The show is directed by Aniruddha Rajderkar and Bhavna Sresth.

Team Tellychakkar got in touch with Elavya Sood who plays the role of Harsh Nokewal. We got into an exclusive conversation with him where he revealed some interesting insights when asked about memories from the set, a genre that would be challenging to him and much more.

Memorable moment

On this, Eklavya Sood said that while the shoot is still going on, there are some memorable moments surely. Eklavya Sood mentioned that initially he used to refer to Jennifer Winget as ‘Ma’am’ but Jennifer told him to just call her Jennifer and later they both became friends. Eklavya Sood then talked about his bond with Karan Wahi, saying that they found a common point of bonding that they both have Kashmiri mothers and that he is still waiting for the Rogan Josh to come on the sets.

Challenging genre

On this, Eklavya Sood said that action is a genre that will test his limits but as an actor he will have to adapt to it. Eklavya Sood said that as a kid he had learnt martial arts and that he is a little skeptical to play a role in that genre.

Parameter for choosing a character

On this, Eklavya Sood said that it depends on how well the character is defined and what’s his role in the story. Eklavya Sood also mentioned that the character he is playing is also well-defined and has layers which the makers will reveal as the series moves ahead. Adding more to the parameter of choosing a character, Eklavya Sood said that it feels good when challenging as later he has to take care of the body language, tonality, the highs and the lows and its energy.
