MUMBAI: In regards to An FIR registered against CEO Vibhu Agarwal of Ullu Digital for allegedly molesting a woman.

Counsel Ms. Priyanka Dubey along with Ms. Megha Gupta instructed by Hedgehog And Fox LLP appearing for CEO Vibhu Agarwal and Country Head Anjali Raina said that “We were able to put forward our case before the Hon’ble Court that it is perhaps a bogus molestation case which is filed by the legal head of the company only for the purpose to pressurize our clients to take back the extortion case filed by them in Lucknow Cyber Cell against her.
The former legal head had also approached the Hon’ble High Court of Lucknow, wherein, the court has taken a prima facie view that it is the case of extortion that needs further investigation against the former legal head and has, therefore, rejected the quashing petition.
Furthermore, there was an NBW issued against the complainant and subsequently, she was arrested in the state extortion case and was in judicial custody for more than 40 days. Moreover, anticipatory bail for Mr. Azhar and Suman (members of her syndicate gang) also came to be rejected by the Hon'ble court of Lucknow.”
The counsels further stated that “We have even satisfied the court with all documentary/electronic evidence which has successfully established our genuineness in the case. This entire façade of fake FIR is nothing but a mere counter-blast to the FIR filed by our client against the ill-doings and well-orchestrated extortion racket by the ex Legal Head."
The court was convinced that bearing to the above-narrated facts and circumstances, the court has concluded that there is no case made out by the complainant i.e. ex legal head and the court has granted relief to our clients.
