MUMBAI: Synopsis Day 28: The day started with Shivam crying as he realised that he had been way too attached with Sara Khan. Kangana advises him to give people some space. Later, Kangana also mentions that the blue team has experienced a different type of trauma after losing the task to which Azma also teases the blue team for losing the task. Munawar replies to her by saying "give your 30-second footage some other day". Kangana bashed Munawar by saying “You also behave in a similar way and do the same thing to the orange team!”.

Furthermore, now is the time to save the Kaidis. This saving-unsaving game is done carried out through a task. Everyone is given locks and chains, Safe Kaidis have to write names of the unsafe kaidis in order to save the unsafe Kaidis.

Poonam Pandey is safe. Sara Khan was not saved by anyone to which Kangana prompted her to rethink her relationship with everyone. Sara claims that only Nisha is the right person for her here. Kangana tells her that it's the fourth week, and she should spend time with the other Kaidis as well.

Eventually, we see a playout in which each inmates are handed a photo and are required to shred it and explain why they tore it, Kaidi with the maximum votes is the tagged as ‘kachra’ (garbage) of the Lock Upp house. The majority of them shred Ali's photograph. While the playout,  Mandana tears Azma's picture. Lastly, Ali is labelled as the ‘Kachra’ - Garbage of the Lock Upp house.

Kangana calls out Mandana for body shaming everyone in the house, and warns her not to do so. "I believe in leveraging information power at the proper time," Mandana responded. "You cannot question my judgement, this is the last time I am warning you.", Kangana states

Once the task is complete the selected contestants are obliged to reveal a secret in order to save themselves. The person who presses the buzzer first is the one who will disclose their deepest darkest secret.

Who will reveal their deeway darkest secret? Who will press the buzzer first? Who will be evicted from the house?
