MUMBAI: Singer and Bigg Boss fame Neha Bhasin’s brother Delhi High Court lawyer Anubhav Bhasin tied the knot with his Ukrainian girlfriend Anna Hordetska in an intimate ceremony.

Anna and Anubhav tied the knot in Delhi on April 10, with the wedding being live-streamed to Anna’s family in Cherkasy, a city in Central Ukraine.

“For me, it was like a film. War is unfortunate and to have someone so close stuck there, was stressful for me and my brother. Our entire focus was to get Anna out of Ukraine. It was a long journey of almost 20 days for her, but she managed it and we are happy that she is safe with us here now,” says Neha.
Anubhav and Anna met each other two-and-a-half years ago. In January, the two had decided to tie the knot in November this year, but after Anna was stuck in the middle of the Ukrainian war, they preponed the wedding to April.

Neha says after her own wedding, this was the first big wedding in her family and as an elder sister she took charge of performances at the wedding ceremony. “I am always scared of big weddings, but since this was my own brother’s wedding, I had a lot of responsibility. It was a proper Delhi wedding, slightly modern, but a lot of fun. I thought this wedding would be a break for me from work. Anna danced to Nahi Jana and I sang Dil Diyan Gallan for them at the wedding
