MUMBAI: Actress Jiya Shankar is a well-known name in the television industry. The stunning actress has appeared in several hit TV shows in her long career span. After trying her hands at different kinds of roles, Jiya has made her debut in the country's most popular reality show. She was seen as a contestant in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 and the fans were excited to watch her on the show. Her game was liked by the audience and she was seen as one of the strongest contestants of the show. But unfortunately, she was eliminated owing to fewer votes, just three days before the finale. Her fans were left heartbroken.
Jiya and Abhishek’s chemistry was loved by viewers in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. The duo are all set to be seen in a music video soon titled Judaiyaahn, and its teaser hints that the duo will be seen in a romantic avatar together. Recently AbhiYa on Times Square' was trending as they got featured on New York’s IConic Times Square.
Meanwhile on 4th September, Jiya announced in a live session with her fans that she is launching her own YouTube channel. She said, “I am finally starting my YouTube channel guys. So, aap sab mera vlog dekhoge. Kuch na kuch karti rahugi, vo dekh sakte ho regular basis pe” The AbhiYa fans gave the actress a sweet surprise when her channel crossed 1 lakh subscribers in less than 48 hours.

Interestingly, When Sumbul started her own Youtube channel she got 1.7 lakh subscribers, while Shiv Thakare has 1.67 lakh subscribers, Jiya managed the feat without even posting a single video. She is going to earn the silver button soon.
