MUMBAI :  Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden will be seen in a web series titled Citadel which is created by Russo Brothers. The shooting of the series has been wrapped up but it is not yet premiered. There were reports that there will be an Indian adaptation of the series which will star Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles, and it will be created by Raj & DK. 
 

Today, finally, the official announcement of the series was made, and well, it’s not an Indian adaptation of the international series, but it’s the Indian installment of Citadel. While announcing it, Russo Brothers posted, “We are thrilled to officially announce that we will be bringing you the Indian installment of the Citadel universe. The local Original spy series will start filming in January 2023.”

As they have written that it’s the Indian installment of the Citadel universe, netizens wonder if Priyanka Chopra will be making an appearance alongside Varun Dhawan. Check out the tweets below…
