K-pop stands for Korean pop, a category of music that comprises of multiple genres like pop, rock, EDM, R&B, rap and many more.

K-pop has become one of the most talked-about music category out there and the outburst was so huge that people did not just start listening to music but also went on to buy expensive merchandise, go abroad for concerts and EVERYTHING they could to express how much they are into k-pop and also, just how loyal they are to their favorite artists.
While the world is filled with crazy K-pop fans, it gets crazier when looking at the artist's side. K-pop artists are flying high with their colourful wings in the beautiful sky. One of the most famous and loved bands is Gidle, stylized as (G)I-DLE. The group has been active since 2018, when it came with its first mini-album 'I AM' and the title track of the album 'LATATA'. The group was formed by Cube Entertainment and currently consists of 5 members - Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua. Originally, the group started with six members but on August 14, 2021, Soojin made her exit.
The group has given albums like 'I Never Die' (in 2024, their first studio album), 2, I Am, I Made, I Feel and many more. Their latest album was '2' which released in January this year.
When talking about the members, this time we are here with an update about Miyeon or Cho Mi-yeon. The artist trained at YG Entertainment where she spent 5 years and before BLACKPINK made their debut, Miyeon was actually a part of the group too. For some reason, she left YG Entertainment and in 2018, she made her debut as Gidle artist with the band's debut mini-album I AM.
Miyeon has taken her training as vocalist, composer and music producer. She has earned a great amount of love from the audience for her vocal skills and her radiant looks. Recently, the fans went crazy after she finally gave a live performance in Seoul. Check out the post below:
