She made her film debut at the age of seven in the 1985 film Saaheb. She also made her television debut in 2000 in the show Sukanya. Rupali also took part in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 2, a reality show on Colors TV. Throughout the decades, she has appeared in a number of television shows and films.
