MUMBAI : ADOR is the company that manages a famous K-pop girl group named NewJeans. However, as per a report by PinkVilla, the company has taken legal action against defamatory posts made against NewJeans. They have apparently released a big statement and have also said to threaten the harassers by taking a strong legal stand. Well, it was on June 5 that ADOR posted a statement that spoke about online communities related to NewJeans making derogatory, malicious comments, defamation and slander.
ADOR has always been monitoring communities online that are aimed at bringing down NewJeans. ADOR will be taking criminal and civil steps against the ones defaming the group and has also ensured that no leniency will be made. ADOR has also given an email named protect@ador.world for fans where they can report any malicious activities spotted against the K-pop group. The agency also expressed its heartfelt support and decided to protect the rights of the members of NewJeans.
Talking about NewJeans the team consists of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein- five team members. They made their debut on July 22, 2022, with Attention which became a viral hit post releasing EP, their self-titled song. The group released their second song titled EP, Get Up along with Super Shy, ETA, and Cool with You. It was in 2024 that they released their double singles named How Sweet and Bubble Gum. The music clips and tracks of the same were released.
Reports further suggest that the group will also be making their Japanese debut on June 21, 2024.
