MUMBAI : Tanya Sharma is a well known Indian Television actress. She has gained immense recognition for portraying the lead characters in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and Sasural Simar Ka 2.
In the 2011–2012 season of Afsar Bitiya, Sharma made her screen debut as Chanchal Raj. She was cast as Devasena in the mythological drama Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev, which came after it. She also made an episodic appearance in Fear Files, although neither of these parts garnered her the same kind of recognition.
