MUMBAI: Anita Raj has worked in many big budget movies and television shows in the past.
She has proved to be a fantastic actress and has immense deft of talent. Speaking about her television projects, she has been a part of shows in the likes of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, Choti Sarrdaarni, Parineetii, Saavi Ki Savaari in the past and is currently a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Anita is one of the fittest stars of her generation and she evidently looks much younger than her age. At 60, she is dedicated to fitness and makes sure to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Anita was 25 years old when she was introduced to weight training and till date she practices weight training along with other forms of strength training. According to reports, Anita does cardio three times a week and the other days are a combination of weight and strength training along with HIIT.

Anita also maintains a good diet wherein she replaces traditional wheat rotis for those made of bajra or jowar, does not consume non-vegetarian food in the afternoon and has a heavy protein based diet consisting of egg whites and nuts in the evenings.
Now, Anita has taken to social media to post a video of her workout session with a caption that read: Stay active, nourish yourself, meditate, and find joy to keep your body, soul, and mind strong.
