So we got chatty with the fitness guru and got five tips for our fans to stay in shape like Rubina.

Take a look….

Right amount of food at right time is must

Every food we eat provides the body with a range of nutrients, which helps us stay healthy. And, if eaten in the right proportion according to one’s body weight, age and gender it can also aid in keeping your body in shape. So, to achieve fat loss, it is important to eat the right food at the right time. I personally prefer heavy breakfast, light lunch and no carbohydrates in dinner.

Plenty of liquid and water

Drinking lots of water is usually healthy. It removes the by-products of fat and keeps you fresh and fit. Liquids regularly, suppress your appetite to a great extent and limit your food intake. Another distinct feature of water is that it literally contains no calories, hence, contributing significantly to weight loss

Regular exercise and yoga

Exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, contributing to the longevity and your quality of life. Including yoga along with cardiovascular and strength training helps you fit in all of these components as well as reduce stress.

Proper sleep

Being short on sleep can really affect your weight. Sleep deprivation reduces emotional intelligence and constructive thinking skills. It affects body weight, the immune system, and more. An average adult needs between 7.5 and 8 hours of sleep per night.

Take a break from your routine

Change your schedule and nourish yourself. Learn music and indulge in creative activities this will help in refreshing your mind. If you’re currently under a lot of stress it might be best way to de-stress yourself.
