Start with stretching then push up. I think a person should focus on one body part at a time.

I think in our profession a person needs to be fit so for me my profession helps me to stay motivated.

My six pack abs.

Sweets, they are my weakness I can’t resist them and specially gajar ka halwa and rasgulla.
