Eat healthy and eat well.

Yes.

Functional training, stretching exercises and cardio.
Diet chart?
Currently my diet includes lots of fruits because of summer season. Apart from that boiled eggs, boiled chicken, watermelon and apple juice.
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
Never.
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to30-minute workout?
Cardio and functional training.
How do you stay motivated?
Health is very important for me so I stay motivated by being focused and mentally fit.
What is your greatest fitness achievement so far?
Doing the human flag and I am still continuing doing it. I think that is my greatest fitness achievement.
How much do you weigh right now?
75kg.
Your cheat food?
Sweets, they are my weakness, I can’t resist eating sweets.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
Chest as I have received a lot of appreciation for that (laugh).
What time do you work out?
Evening.
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
No, as I am very engrossed in my workout.
Gym attire?
Track, ganji and Nike shoes.

Initially Mrunal Jain was my gym buddy but now he keeps busy shooting so I workout alone.
