I am proud of my flat stomach: Giaa Maanek

The very chirpy and bubbly Giaa Manek certainly knows how to keep her fitness regime intact. The vivacious actress who was seen in Star Plus’ Saath Nibhana Saathiya and SAB TV’s Jeannie Aur Juju shares some of her fitness tips. Have a look.

Fitness mantra…

Exercise daily and eat healthy. 

Abs are necessary?

It depends from person to person but I think they are not necessary.

Current workout routine?

Skipping.

Diet chart?

I don’t follow any diet but I eat healthy.

Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?

Never.

What would you recommend for a quick 20- to 30-minute workout?

500 skipping can be done in 15 mins.

How do you stay motivated?

I think in our profession a person needs to be fit so for me my profession helps me stay motivated.

What is your greatest fitness achievement so far?

My greatest fitness is that now I have a flat stomach and I am very proud of it.

How much do weigh right now?

51kgs.

Your cheat food?

Sweets like kaju katli and Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut.

Which body part are you proud of and why?

My face because I have a chubby and an innocent face and I think that is a USP for me and I am even told by many people that I stand out from other actresses.

What time do you work out?

Morning.

Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?

I have never stepped into a gym. I only do skipping at home.

Gym attire?

I wear tracks and anything in which I can exercise.
