MUMBAI: We have heard enough of India’s most desirable man and woman but Goa is perhaps India’s most desirable vacay destination!
A wonderful amalgam on Indian and Portuguese culture Goa is loved for its massive beaches, shacks, its local brew – Kings and of course, its food too! With a mix of tamarind, coconut, curry leaves, mustard and magic, Goans definitely know how to ROCK their curries.
When it comes to parties, nothing can beat the old school psychedelic trance gatherings of Goa!
Back in the 1960’s, the hippies came in to find their home in Goa which further led to the birth of Goa trance which is now a celebrated phenomenon all over the world.
Now, why are we talking so much about Goa?
Well, it is because of these reasons that not only the common folks but also B-Town and Television celebrities absolutely love Goa. So much so, that it is their go-to or the most preferred vacation spot when they look at taking a sabbatical.
From Mouni Roy, to Karan Wahi to Nakuul Mehta, there have been innumerable celebrity spottings and recently, while browsing through Drashti Shami’s Instagram profile, we came across a picture of her relaxing on a beach in Goa:
